Vietnam International Financial Centre

A new financial centre needs investment-ready projects.

The legal framework is in place and the two Operating Authorities are now operating. IBBC Capital helps institutions understand the framework and prepares the projects that member banks, funds and asset managers can finance.

IBBC Capital is not a VIFC authority, member or agent and does not act on the centre’s behalf. Legal conclusions on eligibility come from qualified counsel.

Da Nang

Innovation and emerging finance

Innovation-driven and emerging financial activities, with the city focused on implementing specific projects through the centre.[1] [2]

Stated priorities

Where the centre wants capital to go
