Controls

The controls behind every deliverable

Independent review

A second qualified reviewer checks every model and report; the reviewer’s name appears on the deliverable. Excel models carry a reconciliation sheet against our calculation engine.

Conflicts of interest

Each engagement starts with a conflict check. We do not act for both sides of the same project, and staff declare personal interests and outside roles before assignment.

Data protection

Personal data is processed under Law 91/2025/QH15 on Personal Data Protection and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, both effective 1 January 2026. Project documents are received only under NDA, never through public website forms.[1]

Client due diligence

Before engagement we identify the client, its beneficial owners and the source of the project, and decline work where the purpose cannot be established.

International standards

Environmental and social reviews reference the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles; financial analysis reconciles VAS and IFRS where relevant.[2] [3]

Stated limits

Every deliverable lists what was not verified. Our work is not investment advice, an audit opinion or a financing commitment.
