IBBC CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLATFORM · LOCAL PREVIEW

From an idea to a decision dossier.

Explore a fictional manufacturing project: transparent cash flows, comparable scenarios and evidence gaps.

Prototype · Not professionally reviewed · No real submissions. Inputs remain in this page session and are not sent to IBBC Capital.

01 / Define the case

Units: USD millions, except percentages and years. Enter illustrative numbers only. Fixed costs include staffing.

02 / Financials you can inspect

Compare on the same basis

Downside: revenue −15%, initial investment +10%, variable cost +5 percentage points. Upside: revenue +10%. These are assumptions, not probabilities or a maximum-loss estimate.

Inspect cash flows and methodology

FCFF = EBIT − assumed tax + depreciation − maintenance CAPEX − change in working capital. Tax applies only to positive EBIT. Straight-line depreciation; year-end cash flows; no debt, tax incentives, loss carryforward, salvage or terminal value. IRR is reported only for one sign change. Payback is undiscounted.

02b / Debt capacity and DSCR

Add senior debt to the base case above and test what a lender looks at first: debt service cover each year, loan life cover and the return left for equity. Units: USD millions.

Minimum DSCR in each scenario

Inspect the annual debt schedule

CFADS = FCFF + unlevered tax − tax after interest. DSCR = CFADS / (interest + principal). LLCR = present value of CFADS to maturity at the loan rate / opening balance. Debt funds initial investment only; working capital and fees are paid by equity. No DSRA, cash sweep, loss carryforward or tax incentives.

The Excel file has live formulas, named inputs and a Checks sheet that reconciles every key result with this page. It is an unreviewed illustration until a named reviewer signs the cover sheet.

03 / Evidence before a decision

Further evidence required before review. Positive NPV does not replace legal or technical conditions or investor approval.

04 / One dossier across the lifecycle

Proposed workflow; not an operational service. Each stage requires an actual accountable owner and appropriate authority.

IBBC CAPITAL · PROJECT DIRECTOR WORKSPACE

    05 / Project controls

Sample coordination workspace for scope, schedule, budget, risks and changes. IBBC Capital's project director role is proposed; actual appointment requires a contract and appropriate authority.

Illustrative inputs only. Reload clears the workspace. This is not ISO/PMI certification or legal approval. Delivery budgets are separate from the FCFF model above.

    Work breakdown and delivery milestones

Milestones use weeks from project start. The EVM baseline uses sequential finish-to-start dependencies. Reported completion is not acceptance. Costs: USD millions.

    EVM method and limits

PV is distributed linearly within each package; EV = baseline budget × reported completion; AC = entered actual cost. CPI = EV/AC; SPI = EV/PV; EAC = BAC/CPI assumes current cost efficiency continues. The EVM baseline is separate from the CPM trial; holiday calendars, purchase commitments and verified quantities are not implemented.

    Dependencies and critical path

Edit duration and predecessor IDs (for example W01,W02); leave blank for a root task. Finish-to-start links, zero lag, week 0 start. This is a separate trial plan; it does not revise the EVM baseline.

Scroll to inspect early (ES/EF), late (LS/LF) dates and total float. Critical work has both text labels and color markers.

    Acceptance evidence by package

100% reported completion does not mean acceptance. Record illustrative references only; no real uploads, signatories or approvals. Changing duration or dependencies makes earlier references require re-review.

    Risks and response actions

    Proposed change register

Proposals do not change the baseline or constitute approval. Each proposal is assessed separately, not cumulatively; review items are included in the downloadable report.

SCHEDULE → CASH FLOW → DECISION DOSSIER

06 / Financial impact of project changes

Compare the fixed EVM schedule with the current CPM trial, plus one change proposal if selected. Each comparison is separate; proposals are not accumulated and the baseline is not revised.

This bridge places commissioning on the cash-flow timeline: CAPEX at time 0, working capital at commissioning, and year-one cash one year later. The schedule-linked base therefore differs from the operating-year table above. Operating life stays constant; a delay does not silently remove operating years.

    Record a cost/duration proposal ↑ · Edit the CPM trial ↑

Delay cash applies only to finish weeks beyond the fixed baseline after float is considered. Default 0 because no quotation exists. EAC is not automatically added to CAPEX.

    CHANGE SCENARIOS · RECONCILIATION

07 / Multiple changes, one scenario

Choose independent proposals for one calculation on the CPM trial. Each ID counts once. Select only one proposal per scope or alternative group. Independent scopes in the same package add duration under a sequential-work assumption. Semantic overlap cannot be detected automatically.

Record proposals and scope keys ↑ · Single-proposal tool ↑

    Proposals in this scenario

If proposals already include delay costs, set extra cash per week to 0. Different IDs can still describe overlapping work; check scope before confirming.

Reconcile proposal counts and combined impact

08 / Compare three scenario snapshots

Save a freshly calculated combined scenario to A/B/C. Memory-only; reload clears it, and nothing is submitted. Saved records are historical and do not update with later edits. Differences require matching financial assumptions, model and fixed baseline.

    09 / Reports for review

Preview and print/save PDF for a current combined scenario or historical A/B/C snapshots. Reports include assumptions, provenance, reasons, scope reconciliation and limits; they are not professionally reviewed dossiers.
