Methodology

Evidence first. Human judgement always.

Every IBBC Capital deliverable separates what a source states, what the analyst infers and what has been independently verified.

Evidence classification

Four levels, four ways of writing

StatusMeaningPermitted wording
Self-reportedProvided by a sponsor, client or document author“According to the supplied document…”
Cross-checkedConsistent with another supplied source; not necessarily independently verified“Consistent with document B, page N…”
Externally verifiedChecked against a trusted independent source by an authorised reviewer“Verified against [source, date] by [reviewer]”
Missing or conflictingInsufficient, contradictory or unreadable evidence“Not established from the supplied materials”

Process

From intake to release

  1. Permission & intake

Confirm data-processing rights, purpose and authorised users before accepting documents.

  2. Extraction & scope

Record page references and extraction limits; scanned files may need separate review.

  3. Assisted draft

AI may identify stated facts, questions and gaps; uploaded content is treated as untrusted data.

  4. Human verification

A reviewer checks citations, uncertainties, omissions and conflicts before release.

  5. Versioned release

Each report records its version, source set, reviewer and open questions.

  6. Retention & deletion

Approved retention periods and contractual deletion requirements are applied.

Limits

What our method does not do

  • AI-assisted drafts can contain errors or wrong citations; every material assertion is checked by a person.
  • Self-declared project or investor criteria are not verified credentials or creditworthiness.
  • We do not produce return guarantees, investment recommendations or capital-raising promises.
  • Client data is sent to an AI provider only with explicit authorisation and after a privacy review.
  • No external audit, regulatory authorisation or client traction is claimed on this page.
