Protected exam integrity

Protect confidential exam content and avoid conduct that compromises program integrity; a post-exam discussion can still be improper if it reveals protected question details.

Original public practice cases can teach concepts without reproducing recalled questions; requesting actual exam material is not a legitimate shortcut for study content.

Truthful credentials

Describe earned qualifications and current program status accurately; passing a level is distinct from earning the charter.

Do not imply that a designation guarantees superior returns, ethical perfection or special investment access; credentials describe qualifications rather than client outcomes.

Learning communication

Use trademarks and status descriptions according to current rules and eligibility; a business education product cannot imply endorsement simply because its topics overlap the curriculum.

When status changes, update biographies and marketing; factual statements about study or past results should not create a misleading current membership claim.
