WORKING LOCAL APP · HUMAN + MACHINE

Calculate. Check. Review. Save.

A dedicated workbench turns a cost change into machine calculations and two required human tasks. The next report stays blocked until both tasks are complete for the current source version.

The app link requires the separate local launcher on port 8022. This page does not start a server or prove that it is running. The app uses a persistent synthetic fixture, not real authentication, customer documents, live funds or token services.

Machine

Recalculate NPV/IRR/payback, trace the affected nodes and open the required review tasks.

Human

A preparer records the cost check; a separate fixture reviewer records the financial check and accepts or rejects the snapshot.

Stored output

Keep old report snapshots, task evidence codes, source revisions and event history in a separate fixture database. Export a saved JSON report.

Try the complete loop

  1. Choose the simulated preparer and change CAPEX from 20 to 22 USD million.

  2. Complete the cost-evidence fixture task. A new report is still blocked.

  3. Choose the simulated reviewer; complete the model-review fixture task.

  4. Accept the financial snapshot. Report v2 is saved; v1 remains unchanged. Risks stay open.

  5. Reload the page or resume the same owned fixture to read the saved versions.

Launch and resume a synthetic fixture

Run from the IBBC Capital project directory in a separate terminal. The launcher refuses ports 8005/8006/8007 and never migrates another application database.

python3 -m backend.evidence_review.workbench --port 8022

The launcher prints the newly created fixture folder. To keep working with it after stopping this app, use its exact path:

python3 -m backend.evidence_review.workbench --resume /PATH_TO_OWNED_FIXTURE --port 8022

The existing account/workflow prototype is preserved and separate. Account identity and report synchronisation are not connected to this workbench yet. Completing fixture tasks is not a legal verification or investment approval.
